This has helped so much with my sleep and anxiety ! 3 drops under the tongue about half hour before bed and it's been great at helping Minimise all the noise in my brain .
Have tried so many other things for my sleep but this has definitely taken the cake with how well it's promoted restful and relaxed sleep .
